The department seeks to ensure pearly and resulting treatment of faculty, and to squire wonk departments in recruitment, orientation, career development, promotion and retention of sense and scholars. Our goal is to ensure that they have the resources and guidance needed for success in wonk medicine. In the zone of sense affairs, we are here to support sense from the early stages of recruitment and on- boarding by working closely with department chairs and human resources. We take pride in warmly welcoming and smoothly transitioning our new recruits into the MSM community. We moreover closely guide our sense through the well-earned processes of visit and promotion. With respect to sense development, we finger that professional growth of our sense is the ultimate key to their success. We support that minutiae with a wealth of internal resources ranging from a monthly sense minutiae seminar series, programs for enrichment of wonk skills, personal career minutiae counseling, and leadership enhancement. We moreover competitively sponsor participation in external professional minutiae venues facilitated by the  American Association of Medical Colleges (AAMC), Executive Leadership inWonkMedicine (ELAM®), and Harvard Macy.                           We welcome your questions and feedback.
