Our strategic plan relied on the input of every member of our MSM family to pinpoint this strategic journey. Throughout the minutiae of the strategic plan, we asked all the members of our MSM polity to imagine what’s possible. As a result, we’re now poised to meet the rencontre of our new shared vision: Leading the megacosm and urging of health equity. We are currently in the third year of our Strategic Plan. Develop innovative approaches to diversify the pipeline for health and science careers.Goal 2. Establish an individual endowment for every MSM student.Goal 3. Broaden diversity in the healthcare, scientific, and public health workforces.Goal 4. Lead in training the next generation of physicians and cooperating health professionals, public health and polity health leaders, and biomedical scientists who will create and whop health equity.
